Prof. Dr. Edward Y. Chang received his B.S. degree from Materials Science and Engineering, National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan in 1977, and his Ph.D. degree from Materials Science and Engineering, University of Minnesota Minneapolis, MN in 1985 Dr. Chang was with Unisys Corporation GaAs Component Group, Eagan, MN, 1985 to 1988 and Comsat Labs Microelectronic Group from 1988 to 1992. He worked on the GaAs MMIC programs on both groups. He joined National Chiao Tung University (NCTU), Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 1992. In 1994, he helped set up the first GaAs MMIC production line in Taiwan, and become president of Hexawave Inc., Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 1995. He returned to the teaching position at NCTU in 1999. Dr. Chang is currently the Dean of Research and Development and professor of the Department of Materials Science and Engineering and Dept of Elecrical Engineering at NCTU. He is also the director of Diamond Lab and the director of NCTU-TSMC research center.

She was a visiting scientist and BK21 postdoctoral researcher for the year 2006-2008 in POSTECH and SKKU, South Korea. She also worked on US defense sponsored project from 2010-2013 at North Carolina, USA. Dr. Anita is presently working as an Associate Professor in the Physics Department, VIT-AP University, India. Her research area of interest includes core-shell nanoparticles, quantum dots in diodes and LED’s, thin film technology, photovoltaics, green chemistry, Graphene/metal oxide based nanocomposites for environmental and energy applications. She has delivered several Invited talks in National and International Conferences, served as Convenor, National Advisor Committee member, Technical Committee Member and session chairs, holds membership in many professional organizations, reviewer for Elsevier & Springer Publisher journals and has numerous peer reviewed impact factor papers to her credit.

Miros?aw Kwiatkowski in 2004 obtained Ph.D. degree from the Faculty of Energy and Fuels at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków (Poland), and in 2018 D.Sc. degree from the Faculty of Chemistry at the Wroc?aw University of Technology (Poland) in the discipline: chemical technology. His published work includes more than 45 papers in reputable international journals and 90 conference proceedings. Dr. hab. eng. Miros?aw Kwiatkowski is the editor in chief of The International Journal of System Modeling and Simulation (United Arab Emirates), an associate editor of Micro & Nano Letters Journal (United Kingdom) and a member of the many editorial board of internationals journals as well as a member of the organizing and scientific committees many international conferences in Europe, Asia and United States of America. Dr. Miros?aw Kwiatkowski is also a regular reviewer in a most reputable scientific journals.
Dr. Osman Adiguzel graduated from Department of Physics, Ankara University, Turkey in 1974 and received PhD- degree from Dicle University, Diyarbakir-Turkey in Solid State Physics. He studied at Surrey University, Guildford, UK, as a post doctoral research scientist in 1986-1987, and his studies focused on shape memory alloys. He worked as research assistant, 1975-80, at Dicle University, Diyarbakir, Turkey. He shifted to Firat University in 1980, and became professor in 1996, and He has already been working as professor. He published over 50 papers in international and national journals; He joined over 100 conferences and symposia in international and national level as participant, invited speaker or keynote speaker with contributions of oral or poster. He served the program chair or conference chair/co-chair in some of these activities. In particular, he joined in last three years (2014 - 2016) over 20 conferences as Keynote Speaker and Conference Co-Chair organized by South Asian Institute of Science and Engineering (SAISE), and other institutes and companies. He joined as Keynote Speaker and Conference Co-Chair at 6 conferences held in first half of 2017. Dr. Adiguzel served his directorate of Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences, Firat University in 1999-2004. He supervised 5 PhD- theses and 3 M.Sc theses. He is also Technical committee member of many conferences. He received a certificate which is being awarded to him and his experimental group in recognition of significant contribution of 2 patterns to the Powder Diffraction File – Release 2000.
